I'm really eager to finish the book. I can't wait to see what happens. I think that Allie is a big influence in Holden's life. I think that Allie impacts his life greatly. I think that all of the emotions portrayed by the characteristics really make a strong impact and keep you reading on. I always find myself asking why Holden does certain things, and why he reacts certain ways. So far from this book, I've learned a few lessons and made personal connections to my own life!

I'm really enjoying the book. It is full of surprises and keeps me interested. I feel that Holden is very expressive of his feelings. I feel that he needs to talk to somebody about his feelings to understand them and realize why he feels this way about certain things. I was confused when Sally left the ice skating rink. I understand that she left because he was very rude to her and made an unnecessary remark. I just don't understand why he kept rambling on and on about such an asinine topic. He should have just changed the topic and noticed that Sally wasn't interested. 

The Catcher in the Rye

I really enjoy reading the Catcher in the Rye. It's one of the most interesting books that we've been assigned to read in school. I like the way that J.D. Salinger writes. I don't really understand the point of the whole story. There's not really a concept to follow. It's basically just his life and his views on different things in the world. Otherwise my confusion, I find the book amusing and comical.
